In this booming era of beverage industrialization, we are delighted to share our latest successful overseas project. Our valued partner from North Sudan has completed full installation and commissioning of our high-capacity automatic purified water production line in July,2026. This customized integrated system is designed for PET bottled drinking water, with a stable production capacity reaching 6,000 bottles per hour.

This full water bottling line includes water treatment system,PET bottle blowing machine,3in1 filling machine,labeling and packing machine, and all necessary auxiliary equipment. While ensuring extremely high operating speeds, it strictly adheres to food-grade hygiene standards and is fully adapted to the local climate and factory operating conditions in northern Sudan.Every procedure ranging from raw water treatment, bottle washing, precise water filling, automatic capping, labeling to finished product packaging undergoes strict testing, ensuring that every bottle of purified water on the production line maintains consistent hygiene standards and stable quality.

In the early stages of the project, our team customized a professional factory layout plan based on the client's factory size and spatial layout, helping the client to rationally plan equipment placement, aisle layout, and personnel operation areas in order to maximize the use of workshop space and simplify the entire production process.

We also provide dual training solutions for all clients: Our professional engineers will be dispatched to the customer’s factory on-site to complete full equipment installation, debugging and systematic operational training. Meanwhile, customers are also welcome to send their technical staff to our factory for free offline training.
